Random Remark


I love doing push-ups and then the next day feeling like I just barely survived a bar fight. XD

It was actually only cool until I realized that I hurt to much to dance. :/ I seriously hate it when I can't dance.

You should try doing a T-Tapp workout with extreme muscle activation. You won't be sure you survived the bar fight...

But yeah, it's kinda sad not to be able to dance... :/

:D Yeah, T-Tapp can be powerful. But I found her short workouts too easy and her challenging ones too long, so I've moved on to other stuff. But actually, in addition to doing push-ups that day, I had danced to the entire 'Footlose' soundtrack (A serious work-out, actually) so that was also a big part of it. :)

If you found any T-Tapp too easy, you weren't activated enough. :) It actually gets harder to do the stronger you get. And, yes, all that dancing would be quite a workout!

Different people have different workouts that work for them. T-Tapp just wasn't mine. :)
