I first saw him in *Schindler's List,* which is very somber. I don't think he cracked a smile once during the whole thing. I guess it kind of set the tone for how I think of him (i.e. very serious).
Oh, yes. I think of him as being very serious. He is serious in the A-Team, too. But a bit more like my uncle D. is serious. (i.e. he still smiles and will make a few subtle yet epic jokes.)
He is the same height, too, come to think of it...

Yeah, but leave it to me to find all the times he does smile.
He actually grins, smiles, and laughs quite a bit in the A-Team. A lot for him, that is. :)
