I personally think he looks like he has a bucket of water in his right hand and is about to dump it on some unsuspecting person below.

We watched that one recently. We've watched a lot of them recently, since we've been flying through the whole series. We started Season 7 last night. You're going to love "Descent" when you get to it. :)
