So, it is not a full, true smile.
He was talking at the time, but he smiled just a tiny bit while he was talking.
:) It's Hugh, the most endearing Borg that ever lived. Right at this moment, he was saying that he would like to stay with Geordi. I think it is about one of my all favorite TNG moments.
