You Know it is Bad When...
...It's so cold that you and your sister are sitting by the window watching the water freeze.
...It's so cold that you go to brush water off you jacket, only to find that it has turned to ice.
...It's so cold that 23 degrees was nice, because there was no wind-chill making it 16...
